About Us

Leo SlotnickLeo and Concepcion Slotnick have owned and operated successful Guam businesses since 1964. As Leo established his reputation as an astute businessman operating successful companies in the late 1960’s, his wife, Concepcion Slotnick was the founder and operator of the Corals Dress Shop in Tamuning.

Leo and Connie invested in various Guam Businesses, including the Guam Hilton Hotel, the Guam Hotel Okura, and many others. While heading the business operations of Universal Pacific, Inc. for Calvo Enterprises, in the 1970s, Leo and Connie bought the Hafa Adai Theatres with business partners to form ConRos, Inc., and continued to operate all six movie theatres and the Marine Drive Exchange from 1981 to 1997.

Upon the sale of their interest in ConRos, Inc., they created Slotnick Enterprises, a sole proprietorship, to handle their business investments and manage their commercial and residential real estate. After the passing of Leo Slotnick, his widow, Connie, took the helm of Slotnick Enterprises and incorporated it to form Slotnick Enterprises, Inc., a Guam Corporation, in October 2006.

Together with her Great-niece and Great-nephew, two of five children Leo and Connie raised as their own grandchildren, the family continues to build the corporation with the same values and service established by Leo himself.

With investments spanning Guam, the U.S. and abroad, Slotnick Enterprises, Inc. seeks sound, innovative investments which will continue to benefit the corporation and the community in which it is established.

In 2008, on the 10th anniversary of the creation of the company, Slotnick Enterprises, Inc. developed a new brand and strategy, taking all their owned interests and establishing them under SEIGuam, a corporation dedicated to “Investing in Guam.” With SEIProperties already established, SEIGuam has dedicated its latest venture, Construction Resources on May 23, 2008 on the third anniversary of the death of its founder, Leo Slotnick.
